Graf 735 Great Whites

Well im going to be ordering my custom Graf 735 GW very soon and have a few questions before i order them. I already know who i am going to be ordering from, and have a basic idea. So far i have the lining picked out, sizing, lined toe cap, white felt tounge (extra long/wide), insole, holder, and outsole. Am i missing anything? Or any opinions on which i should chose for each thing?

Yes i have searched and got quite a bit of information from some other Graf custom threads but they just didn't answer all 100% of my questions. Thanks alot guys :)
