Media Center

Ok so i have a Media Center PC. I have my Cable run into the back where it is supposed to go. Yet when i open "My TV" on Media Center, it says

"Video Error"

The video decoder is either corrupt or not installed. Please restart Media Center and/or the computer. If the problem presists, go to Help for additional information.

I restarted both MC and my computer but to no avail. I went to help and it gives me nothing. Just thought somebody here may know how to help.

Try calling customer service for the brand of computer it is.
