Mission fuel tounges

I was recently given a pair of the mission fuel ag's. I love the skates but the tounges are very thin and flimsy. They may have been a demo pair in the early stages of production. I haven"t seen the skates in any stores yet so I don't know if they changed them. Also how big of a deal is it to have the tounges swapped.

just take a tounge from an old skate or w.e tounge you like..take it to a stiching place and have then stich it in

So its easy to switch out the tongues? My 692 Tacks hurt my shins when i lean forward and Ive been wondering what to do about it
