Training slump

Hockey is coming up for me and I want to get in condition but don't feel the energy to do it. I want to train to become a better player but its hard for me to do. Anything you guys do to have that boost to train?

Watch the playoffs, i always wanna go practice after i watch a game. listen to music while you work out, it might help make it more interesting.

Your body and mind get tired and bored of the same old training routine. Try something different this summer. You still have to lift weights off season, but add some more interesting stuff, like:

Mountain biking

Hiking up mountains

juggling

judo

golfing

boxing

vollyball

etc etc
