Home baking instructions for Nike protective

If someone could give me the exact heating instructions that come with the V-12/V-14 protective line that'd be great.

are you sure you need to bake them? they are suppose to be game ready fit..

They fit really well but I did it with my V-12 stuff and it helps to mold the calf guard.

I know the V-12 line was, and I;m pretty sure the V-14s are too...
