Downloading Troubles

Everytime I try to download anything I get the following message.

C:DOCUME~1\BOBBY\LOCALS~1\TEMP\p5zdhpjv.exe could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

The numbers after TEMP\ are random for each time I try. It's like this no matter what site I try to download something from. Is there any way someone could help me fix this?

Try repairing Internet Explorer. Go to:

Control Panel

Add/Remove Programs

find IE and double click it

select "Repair Internet Explorer"

reboot your computer

I find it usually solves most problems with IE.
