Guy Incognito 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2006 I want to sell a pair of skates that were used once a week for about 4 1/2 months at open skates and two S&Ps. They're 709s with black Tuuks, so I think as we approach hockey season someone might want to purchase them because they are very sharp. I am wondering what you all think about the best time to sell them on EBay would be? I might even throw them up in the Sell forum here at MSH. Meaning... I do not want to put them up too early because of a lack of demand, or too late because maybe most want to break them in before the season. Any insight? Thanks in advance
Hoquyguy 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2006 I've been buying and selling stuff on Ebay for a few years, so I kinda know the buying season. It turns out now is not a bad time to list them. A lot of junior teams are starting up so the parents are finding out they need to buy bigger skates. The only best time to sell is a month or so before Xmas, though everybody is selling stuff then. Throw them on Ebay with a reserve price and see what happens.
