Bulking Up

Due to several reasons, this past summer I've lost 15-18 lbs. I went from 142 lbs to 124 lbs. Now I am skinny as a tooth pick. What muscle groups should I focus on so I don't fly like a rag doll this upcoming hockey season? Shoulders and legs I would guess?
