I think Crosby is playing much better than last year. Seems like he is working harder out there, possibly because the team is doing well and they are winning.

I think part of that is true. Crosby is working hard, but now someone else good is out there, you see more production so it looks like hes making more happen. Crosby always made great plays, but now someone is finishing them they look twice as great. Now with Malkin around, Crosby can focus more on his game instead of media attention. I look for Crosby to be less hot-headed now he can finally just play his game with much less pressure on him.
