Nike Thermomoldable Insoles

Okay I have these awesomes insoles but they did not come with directions on how to mold them.

Anybody have any idea how this is done? They are fresh out of the box and flat as can be.. Thanks in advance.

I found this website. I know its not the nike insoles, but at least it gives you an idea on how to do it.

wear them, skate in them, like it says "thermoformable" you can't mold it without heat
