Holders and Holes

I'm having quite a bit of luck with lightspeed 2 steel and would like to know if the holes from Lightspeed holders line up with C+ and or Cobra holders. I have a feeling they won't. My Graf skates have holes drilled for the stock Cobras as well as for C+, if there's going to be overlap from the Lightspeed holders, should I ask my LHS to apply some epoxy or something along those lines to fill up the holes and keep the outsole from collapsing?
