Garpenlov 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2006 I'm moving to Wakefield, RI in December and was wondering if anybody could recommend a rink and or adult league in the area. If you also happen to know of a C League team in need of players feel free to include that too! I aware that I'm moving up about a month or two after the fall/winter seasons have started and I'm trying to avoid having to wait until March/April of next year to play in a league again.Thanks (my fingers are crossed for good luck). BruinsFanRI 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2006 There are a couple of organized rec leagues that I know of. There is one in Cranston (http://www.cvhl.org/) and one in North Smithfield. Cranston also has public hockey everyday (M-F) from 12-2. The closest rink to Wakefield is Boss Arena at URI. I'm not sure what they may have there for leagues/pick-up. Hope that helps!
