i have one of the red smart balls for puckhandling with , and i think its the best investment ive made for off ice training it feels just like a puck by the height, wieght, roll, and bounce. i dont know how they got it soo accurate but its awesome. well worth the money.....

Ive been using the smart ball for a year, and my hands are pretty sweet now.

I think the Smart Hockey ball is a pretty good training device. I like the weight and size, and it has helped me with my stickhandling. My stick tape sometimes grips the ball a bit as it's rolling forward, like when you're trying to curl the ball around. No big deal though, it beats practicing with one of those orange ball hockey balls by far.
