Mia custom glove padding question

Im in the process of ordering mia gloves.Im at the point where I select the padding material. I play junior hockey and I'm wandering what you guys that have mia gloves would recomend. Im not a fan of the high density foam so that choice is out of the question. Any imput on the topic is much appreciated.

I have the high density foam, and so far so good..and I play pretty good caliber hockey!

I got the VA 80 foam with the pro pack and I think its amazing. I think the VA 80 is pretty much the same as the foam they put in eagles and the plastic inserts from the pro pack adds quite a bit of protection if you need it.
