bauer skate size

I tried on a pair of bauers that belong to one of my team mates. Inside it says size 12 but he said they're 10.5 . Does bauer put the street shoe size on the inside tag of the skates?

People get confused all the time. Read it carefully, they have both the skate size and shoe size listed.

his are a bit old so I don't know if it wore off or what.. I looked at the tag and all that was legible was 12.
