Glove Palms

I have searched some old topics on this subject, but wasn't quite able to come up with an exact answer to my questions. I have realized that i'm better off judging the actual gloves, but was curious about the performance of different palms.

I was looking for soft palms that won't get crusty or harden as my main priority. Durability would be nice, but isn't the most important part. I was looking at some TPS gloves that had a full Nash palm, and was curious if this is the right material to avoid any hardening. I currently have the XXXs but they harden when they dry, and some parts of the protection have fallen out because of tears on the outside. Any sugestions for palms are apreciated (responses don't need to be too long or descriptive).
