RR Hot Shots not spinning

I just bought brand new RR Hot Shots and brand new BSB 608 Abec 9 Bearings. I'm thinking the problem is with the bearings because I put my old bearings on my Hot Shots and they're spinning fine. Once I put my 9s on my RR they're not spinning real well, can anyone help? Also im thinking the spacers might be too big because one of them is stuck inside my bearings real good. If anyone can help me out I would be very happy.

Right now I'm gonna do what DamnLocust has told me and see if you just need to break them in.

are the 9s brand new? they need tome time to "break in"

do you mean stuck inside the bearing? maybe they're just low quality spacers. LHS usually sell spacers anywhere from .50 to $1, so it wouldn't hurt to just pick up a set and have the old ones as backups.

Yea they are new so all I need to do is skate in them and all will be fine? And yes I did mean stuck inside**.
