habitants99 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2007 does anyone know if the vanguard chassis is positioned higher off ground to accomodate the 76-80 set up than the standard. 72-80 chassis. with these new set ups i feel that your losing your center of gravity. any feedback? sdcopp 1 Report post Posted January 9, 2007 doesn't feel any higher, in reality it's only a 2mm difference in how close to the bottom of the boot it needs to be, so it's not a huge deal since many composite outsoles already have slight grooves or divits in them. I know that there is a 4mm diff between the two that has to be accounted for, but it's 2mm on either side, and as I said if you look at the bottom of most composite outsoles there's already a bit of an indent.
