Mission E width Pitch Holder Sizing

Is the pitch holder on E width the same length as D widths for all skates? (Yes I'm looking at buying some backup skates for the holders)

There is no difference in the holders, only boot width.

wrong. certain sizes that are "in the middle" of one holder vs. another will go up a holder size for the E/EE width.

My 10.5 EE L7s use a 288 holder, and I am fairly certain the the 10.5 D uses a 280.

Whether my 10.5 is one of the cases when it occurs, I know that this DOES occur. I saw a chart somewhere previously, I just can't remember where.
