The Pens are talking to cities like KC & OC to use as leverage in negotiations.

Unless talks completely break down in Pittsburgh the Pens arent going anywhere. Everything that I've heard coming from the team is encouraging regarding getting a deal done in Pittsburgh.

Also, people seem to forget that the NHL would have to approve any move so unless the deal on the table is complete BS then it aint gonna happen.
