Custom Bauer Vapor Skates

Do you guys think there is an advantage to custom skates?? I am waiting for the Vapor XXXX's to come out in June. I currently have Vapor XXX's. Retail version. What measurements are taken for the customs?? Thanks.

A co-worker was at a hockey show in T.O on Sunday. He said he was not impressed with the XXXX at all. Check it out before you get a pair. Looks to me, from the specs, it's a lot like the XXX. But he says it's heavy and he felt as though Bauer went for looks this time.

He said he'd take the Stealth 11 over the XXXX anyday. The S11 is lighter than the one90, and the 11 isn't even the top model.

I could see them having problems with the stealth skate when it first comes out as most companys do when release a new skate.

The XXXX could be a heavier skate but offer much better protection then the stealth.

yea most skates have problems at first I bet the S15 will have a ton considering that's their probably around 700 grams
