USA Hockey Skills and Drills DVD

Anyone have it? What do you think of it, was it helpful? I was thinking of getting it and I just wanted to see what people thought of it.

depends on what you want it for. If you are looking for better ways to teach some skills, I would suggest getting a video of someone who specialized in that skill.... like Sean skinner for puck handling. If you are looking for a lot of new drills for your team, then this is a good video.

Can you learn much just by watching it?

if you are talking about learning for yourself, then I would suggest getting video's from experts in each field, such as skinner or robby glantz

Does it teach skills or is it more about drills for practice?

I am just saying that you will get more indepth knoledge of the skills by getting videos from people who focus on one skill. If you are looking for basic skill information, then yes, the usa hockey vid will be fine
