Just got a new pair of Bauer Accel Lites. I have used them a few times but I have wide, flat feet with little to no arch so I am having some pain. Is there any type of insole I can buy that will help me out?

Superfeet are probably the best replacement hockey insole. But it might be that your feet just don't fit well in Bauers. RBK does make a wider boot than Bauer does.

you should try superfeet insoles or shock doctor ones.

it just depends on wich one feels best on your foot!

personally, i like the ones that came in my nikes, but i know lots who use the shockdoctor ones
