Smallest pants available

I have a 3 year old son who has just started playing. When I was in Toronto before Xmas I managed to get leg guards, gloves & elbows. I have sourced a helmet & cage in the UK but cannot find pants to fit. Does anyone know what the smallest pants are? Also shoulder pads? Any help/advice appreciated.

youth shoulder pads would be the smallest. heres an example pair:

i couldnt find the youth pads on any size charts, so im not sure of the exact measurements...hope this helps

Thanks for some reason I cannot get into the Hockeygiant web site. I have seen a pair of Bauer 400 in a small. Does anyone know what waist size Bauer youth small is?
