nicksmission14 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 Something I've always been wondering is if there is a difference between JR. and SR. Boot as far stiffness goes.. Anyone know for sure the boot stiffness is the same or different?
zanman187 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 I belive that a JR. boot would be softer than a SR. due to the fact that a JR boot with the same stiffness as a SR boot would be to hard for a child to flex effectivly.
KYHockey3 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 i have used both seniors and juniors recently, as ii am borderline in the skate differences.i definately think juniors are softer
barrett 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 Well it would make a lot more sense for the jr. to be softer because in almost all casses a player who would use a jr. would weigh less than someone using a sr. therefore a less stiff boot is required.
