E-Pro or LS2?

Recommended Posts

Hi all, just got a pair of one90s, and am coming from pro Tacks. I am having a tough time adjusting to the LS2 holder, and was wondering if you all think it is worth it to stick it out with the LS2, or just put an E-Pro on my one90s. In other words, I would like to hear from those people who have skated on the lS2 to know if they are that much better, that it would be worth sticking it out.

I skate on Tacks with Lightspeeds. I had many problems with the the CCM holder and runner. I like the way the Lightspeeds skate and wouldn't go back beings I am used to them now.

There are probably topics on this if you search. All in all it is personal preference.

the pitch of the E pro and the LS2 are similar, but many ONE90 users feel like they're on their heels because of how well the skate locks your heel/ankle. some have fixed this by installing a heel lift, so that may be the ticket in your case.

I have skated in both and believe that changing the working radius, pitch, and radius of hollow (mostly pitch)is the best way to transition into the LS2 Power holders. I didn't like them at first coming from Custom+ (E-Pro before that), but settled into them easily after a significant forward pitch and toe trimming. Good luck.

Ive skated with ccm for 2 years now and loved the holders on them. This year when the Ls2 Powers came out i decided to put them on my 10.0 idn i like the look i guess. Anyways it took about 2 times skating on them to get used to them after that i havent had any problems and also dont have any complaints about them
