LaBeda Sensor Chassis

Recommended Posts

Hi, I wonder if you guys can help me! I have a pair of converted RBK 9k's that have a LaBeda Sensor Chassis. After skating on them tonight i realised that the chassis had snapped. Does anybody have a new set of Sensor chassis' that i could buy off them, or does anybody know where to get some from. All ideas welcome. Post replies on here or email me at Ginge.arrows_52@virgin.net.

Thanks.

measure your axles distance from the first to the last wheel. If it is almost 10 in. you have a med. The chassis will also say it somewhere on it. 9.9 designates a med. If it is a med. or small (I doubt a small), I have a couple..

The chassis should say somewhere by the boot mounts waht size:

Small = 9.3

med = 9.9

lrg = 10.5

Measure distance from frt to rear axles. If it is almost 10 inches it's a med. I have meds. and smls.

It will be a large chassis you will need. Does anyone sugest a good frame for a bigger player. I know the Mission Frames tend to be quick chunky. Any sugestions

Older mission frames (Generator, Penetrator) were tanks, but you paid for it in weight. Some of the newer ones are lighter, but have had their issues both with wheels fitting and durability. The ones on the D-1/D-1C were pretty hefty. I Obliterated the boot on my D-1s and the frame was practically brand new. The Mg ones seem to be pretty good. From the Heliums you probably don't want anything lower than the '05 750/'06 9500 if you're looking for ultimate durability.

My Labeda Hum'er Pro chassis (original, on Beemers/Blue Maxes) are absolute tanks and look like they could take a bullet. I've heard of some issues with the CatEye frames as they took some material off.

If you can get ahold of a Red Star Alloy, they are also highly recommended. The E Frames are a bit easier to come by.
