DMBeer41 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2007 Best camp I ever attended, by FARhttp://www.dynamicskating.com/home/default.aspPaul Vincents dynamic skating camp.They gave me a workout routine 6 weeks in advance that i HAD to follow to prepare for the camp. Then the camp ran a week long I believe, and it was intense. You had a morning run, two off ice workouts, and 3 ice sessions a day.You were in bed at 8 or 9 every night, and you were thankful the day was over. The camp definately helped my conditioning and skating which to me was the biggest fault in my game. I did this camp probably 10 years ago, but I've still heard amazing things about it.
