Mission Warranty Question

I've had my helium 5500 for about a season now and just the other day when i was changing my wheels, i noticed that my sole was starting to tear away from my boot. My question is would mission warranty these skates or do i have to invest in another pair?

Ouch, thats ugly. Assuming the skates arent over the warranty period, they should be covered.
