Warranty Question: Mission Wicked 7's

I got a pair of Wicked 7's for Christmas and one of the backs on the boot is tearing away. (The Neoprene part) It will probably listed as a wear tear item but does anyone have any advice?

Best bet is to call mission and ask them. They're usually very good about warranty coverage.
