History of TUUK Blades & Holders

I asked a similar question way back when on the GSBB about the history of knee-locks in leg pads - the TUUK is probably an easier design to track, for those in the know.

So, who knows the various parts of the TUUK legacy, from conception and design to the present date?

I'm also interested in the evolution of TUUK runners, especialy obscure ones like the Fasteel and the V2.
