miracleman4 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2004 Yea there are Jr B and A players who get paid. If you want to goto college and play there then I would suggest playing Jr B and working up to A. There are alot of good teams in the states too. Also alot of Jr A players get full scholarships or partial scholarships to college and so do Jr B. Also some Jr B and C players goto DIII colleges and get scholarships which are supposed to be academic but the bigger hockey schools give the scholarships to hockey players with a C average before they give them to a student with a A or A- average. mastertuc 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2004 Hey man I did the same thing you are goin through when i was 15. I had a broken hand for the Jr B tryout and then like 4 weeks into the season i got my shot at their practices. Now im not a buig guy now and 2 years ago i was only 5'8 and mabey 150 and i just got beat on. Jr's seemed alot more physical than midgets but you do get to fight. but the speed of play wasnt much higher than my Midget AAA team.
