Dare to Dream 1980 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2007 Alright so my coach likes my team to block as many shots as possible and so recently 2 of my buddies have taken slap shots to the shins and the shin pad didnt do anything- one of them had a huge gash in his leg that he needed stitches for and the other had a pump on his shin the size of a tennis ball which by the way he is hospitalized for. so i was wondering have any of you ever had any sort of problem like this and what shin pads do you recommend(by the way the shin pad they had were both Bauer 6000) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
