Summer/Fall leagues?

I live in a suburb of Washington DC. I am in an adult sunday league that doesnt play enough. Anyone out there have any info on leagues in this area for summer or fall? Any tournaments? I really just dont play enough anymore.

I have been playing in the Gardens Ice House league in Laurel Maryland (formerly South Eastern Roller Hockey Association). Thanks for the league...I checking it out right now. Is the competition any good?
