mattopiela 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2007 So i dealt with this guy from Ebay. I bought a pair of One90 skates from him. He claimed they were a sz 5 3/4 but they were a size 5.5. So I asked for a refund, after arguing for like two weeks with this guy he agreed to give a refund. So I send the skates back, but its been over two weeks now and I have no money. He said he received the skates and can't give a refund because he works at a camp and has no internet access. The funny thing is I checked his feedback on Ebay today and guess what buddy has like 3 auctions up, so that whole no access to the net bs I am not buying. Any thoughts as to what I should do ?I have the number to the local police where he lives. I have all the messages we exchanged about him telling me he will refund my money.Anyways I am sick and tired of waiting and being lied to. What would be the most effective solution. Lufria 1 Report post Posted August 7, 2007 yup. if you went through paypal, it's best you contact them immediately for a refund. Let them know that you have all the emails and information. I went through a similiar situation and they helped me out.
