Do i bake nike/flexlite 10

I bought my son nike flex lite 10 but the shop did not have the proper box (it was the last size) so i dont know if they can be baked! and if yes do you guys know time and temperature so i dont waste 30 min there for the guy to find out.

Yes they can be baked.

185 (with the heating elements OFF in the oven) for about 5 minutes. Take them out, lace them up tight while pulling OUT and NEVER UP on the laces (could pull the eyelets out of the boot) and then sit down with your blades flat on the floor for about 15 mins. Take them off and then you can skate in them about 24 hours later.
