USC definitely showed after the Oregon loss that they're an elite team and finished the season off strong. I don't buy that they lost those games solely because of Booty being out. USC has far too much talent to play that card, especially because Sanchez is really good.

Kansas is another team with a weak schedule. They lost against the only good team they played (Missouri).

I get your point about being undefeated, but I'm of the belief that strength of schedule matters as much, if not more than overall record. Besides, LSU in the national championship is a much better game than Hawaii.

Seriously though, I'm glad Ohio State lost, I couldn't stomach them getting absolutely dumped on by an SEC team in the BCS title game a second year in a row. Uggh.

Yeah, crazy season. If LSU shows up Ohio State will have it handed to them again. Man I hate being in the SEC.

Playing with a backup QB is like running the country with Dick Cheney... Oh wait, nevermind.

But yeah, they can't blame their two losses on Booty being out, but what does LSU have to blame their losses on (other than that they were OT)? They're still the better team than LSU.

And Kansas, sure, they lost their only respectable game, but again, they didn't lose to an unranked.

I'll end my little rant about the BCS with this: if OSU doesn't beat LSU, I'm done watching college football for the year. :lol:
