Gummer12 134 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I just got the aforementioned All In One center for my Birthday. The disc that came with it was the 1200 series, and it wasn't compatible. But I found the installation software online, and ran it, and got it to Print, but it won't Copy, or Scan. It keeps telling my to check the cables, and restart my computer. I've even done everything the Troubleshooting tutor says, and still can't get the other functions to work. Is there something I'm overlooking? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
