Vapor XXV problem?

Just wondering if it is normal/acceptable for the toe-cap to separate from the outsole.

My son has only had his skates 3 months and has basically played and practiced with them during this time. We're talking 3 on 3 summer hockey and rep. practices. He hasn't complained, but when I can grab the toe cap and flex it from side to side and up and down, after 3 months, I start to worry about long term durability..

My LHS has said not to worry about it and that they would keep an eye on it, but considering the warranty is only 90 days I'm inclined to insist on having something done.

After yesterdays practice I also found one blade loose at the front of the holder. If I apply pressure it will move on the vertical into the holder and seems to have some lateral movement as well. Should it be absolutely rigid?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

phone up bauer and talk to them about it. dont listen to the lhs cause they obviously are pretty stupid if they dont think thats a problem.
