Brian's Thief Vs Brian's DX2s

Hey guys. I got to play around with my friends Brian's DX2s, and i fell in love at that moment. But, the Thiefs are also supposidly a great pad too and i love the look on them.

You see the kind of S shape on the left picture? i like that, but I dunno maybe its just me, lol

I know there are alot of choices if im looking to spend about 1400 bucks, but i like the old school thigh wraps. Does that come on the Thief too?

What im getting at here, which one is "better" and in what ways. What are the differences?

And has anybody gotten their stuff customized by thehockeyshop.com ?

The Brians thief pads are a slightly stiffer pad compared to the DX2 just because the padding outside is a higher density which will make them sit taller which is great especially when going in the butterfly where the DX2 is a softer pad and has a flatter face with the outer rolls being more angled instead of flat and square.
