Reebok Pump Coat

I was debating where to put this thread, but since it's Sort of an EQ typical question, I'll post it here (if mods feel it should be in Misc, no obj... But I was wondering whatever happened, or is going to happen with the Coat that RBK was experimenting on with Lovie Smith with the Bears? Is that still in the works, have they Scrapped the concept? Just crossed my mind while freezing my ass off on the zam this afternoon.
