TPS R4 Shoulders

Has anyone used these shoulders, they are the oens with the diamond padding all over, kind of like the ferrell pads and any input would be greatly appriciated?

from what i hear there nothing like farrells. just because they have the box things doesnt make them similar. the tps are supposed to fit like normal shoulder pads... tight. the farrels are very loose.
