Puma made hockey sticks!?

I met up with a fellow today to sell one of my shafts and he showed me a graphite shaft made by PUMA. You know, the company that makes all the Ferrari apparel and jerseys for a few countries in the World Cup.

I'm guessing Puma wasn't very good at making shafts otherwise they'd stick around longer. But the real question is, when did Puma sell shafts? I guess they weren't widely available either. Sorry I don't have a picture but the shaft was black in color with PUMA written on it with the Puma logo and the model (can't remember the exact model.)

That would be cool to see that stick...they would definitely bring some interesting flair to the game if they started making hockey gear lol
