Hole in bottom of skates

Well when i was lubing my skates last night i noticed that there was a hole in the bottom of the footbed in my skates. I wear ccms witha tri d and it was the 2nd hole with a 76mm wheel in it which is the correct size. Anyone have a simmilar problem with ccm skates or with rbk skates
