masterpeice_patrice 4 Report post Posted January 21, 2008 im planning on getting the g7's (white) and from what i know the g7's are a updated version of 707 wich was an awesome skate. would i have complications breaking into the g7? im assuming it wont be a long process becaue ive always stuck with graf but then agian the materials around it and inside it are more advanced and i never skated on a pair of g series skates.good move or bad move? They want me to go through a retailer...and the closest one is near two hours away and they rarely get Graf shipments in, I would be waiting a year before they arrived. I constantly scan using "ccm hockey skates" as a search title. The place I have mine done at actually sews it onto the existing tongue. They leave a little of the old tongue still attached to the toecap so as to not damage the toecap (can't really sew to a composite toe cap). That CCM tongue I have on is pretty big.
