nike bauer skates size confusing

i went to local shop to try nike bauer ix jr skates size 3D, it fitted just nice, my toe touch front. The length of inner sole of size 3D is 23.5cm.

Current xxx skates is slightly big for me, length of my feet is around 23cm.

I confusing about nike bauer sizing, I wonder what sizing should i get?

I realised all nike bauer xxxx's price gone up to 50$ more.
