Powerfibers 8 Report post Posted December 23, 2008 There's too many factors involved. Color, material, fit, palms. If you like the Bauer fit but don't want to spend the money to get the XX or XXX, the X and XV are both very good value gloves for your money.I agree on the many factors and it is PP, Vapor XV's have been a great value for the money for me and very protective in an adult league. Had them for two years and the fit is still great, palms in good condition (I play 2-3 times a week through the year). Also, they surround my hands and wrists very comfortably while still allowing flexibility with my hands. Not quite a short cuff, but I have caught a stick between the cuff and elbow (forearm) pad in the past.I have a pair of XVs and I had them repalmed. I'd buy another pair when these wear out. Great gloves.
