Throat Collars

I was wondering, I see NHL goalies with these neck collars under their chest pads, but I can't seem to find any like them. I noticed it on Hasek recently with the TPS one and I know he uses a brown chest so it has to be an extra guard under his chest pad. Any thoughts or have any idea where i can find one of these?

Hasek is probably using some lucky dishrag he's had around his neck since 1982.
