Blade fitting help

I have a tapered blade that the hosel is a bit to little for the tapered shaft?..Its a Mission Pro Stock blade and a M-2 tapered shaft...Both seniors...When I heat up the blade and it cools it wont stay in the shaft?...I put a little tape around the hosel and then a little glue on top of that and heated it up...It seems to be holding it...Any other suggestions?
