Roustan, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Board for our newly independent company, Bauer Hockey, Inc. is extremely passionate about the sport of hockey. A native of Montreal, Roustan has played hockey since the age of three and continues to play to this day. His passion and dedication to the sport and our business is the perfect match we have all worked so hard to find for the past six months. In addition to his passion for the sport, there are several businesses within Roustan Capital’s portfolio that compliment our business moving forward."
